Setup fee
One-time setup: $500-$1500
The setup fee covers building your custom source list, your tag map, and the delivery pipeline into your CMS. The exact amount depends on how many sources you start with and how custom your CMS configuration is. We quote it explicitly during the intake call — no surprises.

What if my CMS isn't listed?
Tell us what you use. If it accepts CSV, has an API, or even just an admin form, we can almost always make it work.
Is the setup fee refundable?
If we determine during scoping that we can't deliver what you need, yes — we refund in full. After scraper development begins, the fee is earned.
